Abstract

U ovom radu određivana je debljina film ovojnice na tabletama, koje kao aktivnu tvar sadrže ibuprofen (Neofen i Ibuprofen tablete), primjenom infracrvene spektrometrije u bliskom infracrvenom području (NIR). Kreiran je matematički model pomoću kojeg se može odrediti debljina film ovojnica tableta na temelju snimljenog NIR spektra. Uzorci su snimljeni transmisijski i refleksijski, s ovojnicom, ali i bez ovojnice koja je skinuta guljenjem. Za izradu umjernog modela korišteni su rezultati dobiveni analizom obloženih tableta uz refleksijski način snimanja. Model je kreiran na temelju analize 45 uzorka, a provjera je provedena na 24 uzorka. Dobiveni su zadovoljavajući rezultati s obzirom na vrijednost koeficijenta determinacije (R^2 =95,78).

Abstract (english)

In this work the determination of film coating thickness of Ibuprofen and Neofen tablets by NIR spectrometry is described. Ibuprofen and Neofen tablets contain ibuprofen as an active ingredient. Mathematical model was created using NIR spectroscopy in order to determine the thickness of the tablets. The samples were analysed in two different ways, transmission and reflection, with and without the film coating, which is removed by stripping. For the development of calibration model only results analysed reflectance mode and only coated tablets were used. The model was created using 45 samples and checked with 24 samples. The results, based on the value of coefficient of determination R^2 = 95.78, are considered satisfying.
