Abstract

U ovom radu istražen je utjecaj litij nitrata na hidrataciju aluminatnog cementa. Pri određenim vremenima, hidratacija je prekinuta usitnjavanjem uzorka s acetonom. U tako pripravljenom uzorku određena je količina ukupne vode, vezane vode i gustoća, te je izračunata poroznost materijala. Izmjerena čvrstoća na tlak brzovezujućeg i brzootvrdnjavajućeg materijala i poroznost opisane su Ryshkewitchevim modelom, te je parametar a povezan s vodocementnim omjerom uporabljenim za pripravu pasti aluminatnog cementa.

Abstract (english)

In this work, the influence of the accelerator lithium nitrate on the hydration process of calcium alumina cement was investigated. At various times the hydration was stopped by crushing of the sample and mixing it with the acetone. The amount of total water, chemically bound water and density of the prepared sample was determined and the porosity of the material was calculated. The measured compressive strength and the porosity of the fastsetting and fast-curing material were described using the Ryshkewitch model, and the parameter a was correlated with the water to cement ratio of the prepared calcium aluminate cement paste samples.
