Abstract

U ovom radu pripremljena je Ag elektroda printanjem koje je izvedeno ink-jet printerom na fleksibilnoj podlozi. Površina dobivene Ag elektrode potom je modificirana na dva načina i to kemijski i elektrokemijski. Kemijska modifikacija elektrode provedena je pomoću otopine FeCl3 i uz pomoć elementarnog klora, a elektrokemijska cikličkom voltametrijom odnosno potenciostatski. Nakon provedene modifikacije formiran je sloj AgCl na površini elektrode. Tako pripravljene elektrode testirane su otopinama kloridnih iona poznate i stalne koncentracije. Dobivenoj elektrodi potom je ispitana osjetljivost direktnom potenciometrijom, mjerenjem ovisnosti promjene potencijala o koncentraciji Cl- iona te stabilnost potencijala, mjerenjem ovisnosti promjene potencijala o vremenu. Mjerenja su izvedena neprotočno. Najbolje rezultate pokazala je Ag|AgCl elektroda pripravljena kemijskom modifikacijom u otopini FeCl3. Testirana je trajnost pripravljene referentne elektrode mjerenjem potencijala u otopini iste koncentracije klorida kako bi se dobili podaci o mogućnosti primjene takve izvedbe u procesnim analizatorima krvi ili nekih drugih mjernih uzoraka.

Abstract (english)

In this work an Ag electrode was printed on a flexible surface by using an ink-jet printer. After that, the surface of the electrode was modified in two ways: chemically and electrochemically. The chemical modification of the electrode was carried out in FeCl3 or by Cl2, while the electrochemical modification was done by using cyclic voltammetry or by constant potential modification. After the modification, a layer of AgCl was created on the surface of the electrode. The electrodes prepared in this way were tested by using chloride ion standard solutions of unvarying concentration. Afterwards, the sensitivity of the prepared electrode was tested by measuring the dependence of potential deviation versus chloride ion concentration. Moreover, the stability of the potential of the prepared electrode was tested by measuring potential fluctuation during the time. The Ag|AgCl reference electrode which was prepared by using chemical modification by FeCl3 solution showed the best results.
