Abstract

Prilikom projektiranja kontinuiranih kemijskih procesa želi se osigurati siguran sustav za vođenje koji će omogućiti zadržavanje procesa unutar radne točke i procesnih ograničenja. Također, tijekom projektiranja sustava za vođenje cijelog postrojenja, proces se promatra preko ulaznih (upravljane varijable i poremećaji) i izlaznih (vođenih) varijabli. Stoga je potrebno poznavati kriterije za odabir pojedine vrste varijabli kako bi se maksimizirala dobit željenog produkta. U industrijskom postrojenju, strategija upravljanja postrojenjem je predstavljena sigurnim i nesmetanim vođenjem procesa, strogom kontrolom u odnosu na poremećaje, izbjegavanjem nesigurnih uvjeta procesa, automatskim radom procesa, kvalitetom proizvoda te odsustvom neočekivanih ispuštanja u okoliš. Navedeni ciljevi su predstavljeni kroz 9 točaka te detaljnije objašnjeni na konkretnom primjeru – procesu izomerizacije.

Abstract (english)

While designing a countinous chemical processes, it is desirable to provide a safe control system that can allow to maintain the process at the desired operating level and within the design constraints. Also, during the control system design of an entire plant, the process is observed through input (manipulated variables and disturbances) and output variables. Therefore, it is necessary to know the criteria for selecting each type of variable in order to maximize the profit of the desired product. In an industrial plant, the control strategy is represented by safe and undisturb control of the process, strict control over disturbances, avoiding unsafe process conditions, automatic process operation, product quality and the absence of unexpected releases into the environment. The stated goals are presented through 9 points and explained in more details in a concrete example - an example of isomerization.
