Abstract

Glavna tema ovog rada je plazma, uz poseban naglasak na teorijske modele koje opisuju njezinu fiziku. U radu su kroz četiri poglavlja obuhvaćene bitne činjenice o plazmi, kao što su njezin nastanak, vrste na koje se može podijeliti, interakcije unutar plazme, te sama primjena plazme. Međutim, cilj rada je upoznati se s teorijskim modelima pomoću kojih je moguće predviđati i rješavati problematiku plazme koju ona donosi te su prethodno nabrojane činjenice neophodne za smisleno razumijevanje... More spomenutog. Neki od problema koji se javljaju su čestične prirode. Naime, plazma, ionizirani plin, postiže kvazi-neutralnost, odnosno sama plazma je neutralna, ali su njene čestice ioni i elektroni. Dakle, radi se o nabijenim česticama unutar neutralnog medija, što za posljedicu ima provodljivost električne struje i pojavu elektromagnetskih svojstva. Upravo to elektromagnetsko polje dodatno komplicira stvari, a ako se tome pridodaju temperatura plazme (koja je u većini slučajeva iznimno visoka), gustoća mase i gustoća elektrona plazme, kinetički tlak, postojanje sudara i ostale specifične karakteristike plazme, može se lako uvidjeti da uslijed velikog broja varijabli dolazi i do velike nepredvidljivosti u vremenu i prostoru. Abstract (english)

The main topic of this final paper is plasma, with particular emphasis on theoretical models that describe its physics. The four chapters of the paper cover important facts about the plasma, such as its origin, the types it can be divided into, interactions within the plasma, and the application of the plasma itself. However, the aim of the paper is to get acquainted with the theoretical models by which it is possible to predict and solve the problems of plasma that it brings, and the... More above facts are necessary for a meaningful understanding of the aforementioned. Some of the problems that occur are of a partial nature. The plasma, ionized gas, achieves quasi-neutrality, that is, the plasma itself is neutral, but its particles are ions and electrons. Thus, they are charged particles within a neutral medium, resulting in the existence of electrical conductivity and the appearance of electromagnetic properties. It is this electromagnetic field that complicates matters further, and if this is added to the plasma temperature (which is in most cases extremely high), the mass density and density of the electrons of the plasma, kinetic pressure, collision and other specific characteristics of the plasma, one can easily see that sheer number of variables causes great unpredictability in time and space.
