Abstract

U ovom radu provedeno je modeliranje i simuliranje procesa izmjene topline u šaržnom reaktoru s plaštom i miješanjem. U teorijskom dijelu ukratko su opisani metode vođenja procesa i djelovanje regulatora, a zatim i osnove vođenja šaržnih procesa. Također su prikazani kaskadni način regulacije, kao i podijeljena regulacije koji se tipično primjenjuju pri vođenju temperature u šaržnim procesima. U praktičnom dijelu rada razvijen je dinamički matematički model i simulirano je vladanje procesa egzotermnog procesa. Projektirana je i analizirana regulacija pa su ugođeni parametri regulatora temperature. Simulacijski je ispitano vladanje regulacijskih krugova na promjene radne točke temperature, kao i na promjene dimenzija reaktora i koeficijenta izmjene topline. Na temelju simulacija izveden je zaključak o primjenjivosti matematičkog modela za vođenje i optimiranje rada šaržnih procesa.

Abstract (english)

Modelling and simulation of the heat exchange process in a batch reactor with cooling jacket and stirring are performed. The theoretical part briefly describes the methods of process control and controller operation as well as the basics of batch process control. Cascade and split control, typically applied for temperature control in the batch processes, are described. Dynamic mathematical model is developed and the exothermic process control is simulated. The control strategy was designed and analysed, and the parameters of the temperature controller were tuned. Temperature control loop behaviour was analysed by changing the set point, reactor dimensions and heat transfer coefficient. Based on the simulations, a conclusion on the applicability of the mathematical modelling in the batch process control and optimization is drawn.
