Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je sinteza i optička karakterizacija novih D-π-A kromofora koji u svojoj strukturi sadrže 1,2,3-triazolni prsten u svrhu određivanja njihovih senzorskih aktivnosti. Novi spoj 2-(4-(4-metoksifenil)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-il)benzo[d]tiazol (spoj 2) uspješno je sintetiziran reakcijama klasične organske sinteze i click kemije. Struktura spoja 2 potvrđena je 1H-NMR i 13C-NMR spektroskopijom. U svrhu ispitivanja potencijalne primjene spoja 2 kao kemijskog senzora provedena je njegova detaljna spektroskopska karakterizacija. Spoj 2 okarakteriziran je UV-vidljivom i fluorescencijskom spektrofotometrijom u otapalima različite polarnosti, univerzalnim puferima u rasponu vrijednosti pH od 1 do 12, te u prisutnosti različitih metalnih iona. Uslijed promjene spektrofotometrijskih svojstava u prisutnosti iona željeza(III), spoj 2 pokazuje potencijalnu senzorsku primjenu za određivanje Fe3+ iona u otopini DMSO.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this work was synthesis and optical characterization of novel D-π-A chromophores that incorporate 1,2,3-triazole ring in their structure. New compound
2-(4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)benzo[d]thiazol (compound 2) was successfully synthesized by combination of classical organic chemistry synthesis and click chemistry reaction. The structure of novel synthesized compound 2 was determined by means of
1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopy. Compound 2 was characterized by UV-visible and fluorescence spectrophotometry in solvents of different polarity, universal buffers in pH range 1 to 12 and in the presence of different metal ions. Changes in the spectroscopic properties due to the presence of Fe3+ ions was detected, so compound 2 shows promising potential for its application in metal sensing.
