Abstract

Poznato je da na dinamiku kemijske reakcije utječe više dinamičkih faktora kao što su npr. masa, sila i energija. Ovdje, u ovom radu, fokus je na Coriolisovoj sili koja djeluje uz centrifugalnu silu u rotirajućem sustavu, u ovom slučaju, atomu, odnosno na njezin utjecaj na brzinu sudara atoma i molekula koji dovode do nastanka produkata. U kvantnim izračunima, gdje međudjelovanja opisuju se energijama, potrebno je bilo Coriolisovu silu izraziti oblikom u kojem bi ona mogla egzistirati u proračunima kvantne mehanike i imati utjecaj na rezultate koji prikazuju se grafički kao ovisnosti vjerojatnosti reakcije, površine udarnih presjeka i konstanti brzina o energiji sudara. Promatranjem nekoliko referentnih reakcijskih sustava, uvidjelo se da kvantni proračuni s uračunatim Coriolisovim izrazima daju rezultate koji puno bolje slažu se s dobivenim eksperimentalnim vrijednostima nego što je to slučaj kad se ona nije uzela u obzir. Isto tako, važno je napomenuti da kod nekih reakcija Coriolisova sila nema toliki utjecaj pa se račun uvelike pojednostavljuje njezinim isključivanjem.

Abstract (english)

It is well known that the dynamic of a chemical reaction is influenced by dynamic factors such as, for example, mass, force and energy. Here, in this work, the focus is on the Coriolis force which acts, together with centrifugal force, in rotating systems, in this case, on a system like an atom, or more precisely its effect on the collision rate of atoms and molecules leading to the formation of products. In quantum calculations, where interactions are described by energies, it was necessary to translate the Coriolis force to a form in which it could exist in quantum mechanics calculations and to influence the results displayed graphically as the dependence of the reaction probability, cross sections and velocity constants on the collision energy. Observing several reference reaction systems, it became clear that quantum calculations with Coriolis expressions gave results that are much better in agreement with the experimental values than those cases when it wasn't taken into account. Also, it is important to note that in some reactions the Coriolis force doesn't have influence, so the account is greatly simplified by its exclusion.
