Abstract

Klik reakcija, danas vrlo popularna reakcija korištena u brojnim organskim sintezama, predstavljena je u ovom radu kao jednostavna i eknomična metoda dobivanja novih derivata benztiazola, D-π-A kromofora s potencijalnom primjenom u kemijskim senzorima.
Opisani su mnogi derivati benztiazola koji se koriste u senzorici i optoelektronici te su objašnjene njihove optičke karakteristike. Na temelju poželjnih optičkih svojstava koja zahtijevaju specifičnu strukturu molekule (senzora), predložena je sinteza 3 serije heterocikličkih kromofora s benztiazolnom jezgrom temeljena na klik reakciji te je navedena mogućnost njihove primjene u optičkim senzorima za detekciju teških metala u vodi (primjerice žive).

Abstract (english)

Click reaction is widely used in many organic synthesis as an easy and economic method for the preparation of novel D-π-A chromophores applicable in optical chemical sensors. In this work, click synthesis of novel benzthiazole derivatives is presented.
Many benzothiazole derivatives used in sensorics and optoelectronics have been described, as well as their optical characteristics. Based on desireable optical properties that are achieved by adjusting the structure of the sensing molecule, the synthesis of three series of heterocyclic chromophores with benzthiazole core that are based on „click“ reaction is proposed. The possibilites of using these chromophores in optical sensors for detection of heavy metals, like mercury (II), in water, is discussed.
