Abstract

Cilj ovoga rada bio je sintetizirati nove spojeve bazirane na konjugatima 4-kinolinona i ferocena povezanih 1,2,3-triazolnom poveznicom, s potencijalnim antimikrobnim i citostatskim djelovanjem. 6-Supstituirani-4-(2-brometoksi)kinolinoni (2a-2d) dobiveni su reakcijom O-alkiliranja s dibrometanom u prisustvu baze. Bakrom(I) kataliziranom 1,3-dipolarnom cikloadicijom etinil-ferocena i azidnih derivata kinolinona (3a-3d) sintetizirani su ciljani ferocenil-kinolinon hibridi (4a-4d). Strukture spojeva potvrđene su 1H- i 13C- NMR spektroskopijom.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this work was to synthesize novel 1,2,3-triazolyl tethered 4-quinolone-ferrocene conjugates as potential new antimicrobial and cytostatic agents. 6-Substituted-4-(2-(bromoethoxy)quinolones (2a-2d) were synthesized by O-alkylation reaction with dibromoethane in the presence of a base. The targeted ferrocenyl–quinolone hibrids (4a-4d) were prepared via copper(I) catalyzed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of ethynyl ferrocene and azido quinolone derivatives (3a-3d). The structures of synthesized compounds have been confirmed by 1H- and 13C-NMR spectroscopy.
