Abstract

Destilacija je separacijski proces kod kojeg se kapljevita smjesa razdvaja do pojedinačnih komponenti željene čistoće. Proces destilacije provodi se u destilacijskim kolonama, sustavima koje je potrebno voditi putem više manjih regulacijskih sustava, kako bi dobili proizvod željene čistoće. Cilj rada je opisati osnovne metode kojima se regulira tlak, temperatura, sastav i bilanca tvari u kontinuiranoj destilacijskoj koloni. Najvažnija varijabla koju reguliramo je tlak zbog njegovog utjecaja na sve procese u destilaciji i stabilnost kolone dok je temperatura varijabla koju je često potrebno regulirati, kako bi se održavao sastav željenog proizvoda.

Abstract (english)

Distillation is a separation process in which the liquid mixture is separated to the individual components of the desired purity. The distillation process takes place in distillation columns, systems that need to be run through several smaller control systems to obtain the desired product purity. The aim of the paper is to describe the basic methods of pressure, temperature, composition and material balance control in a continuous distillation column. The most important variable we control is the pressure due to its influence on all distillation processes and the stability of the column while the temperature variable is often regulated to maintain the composition of the desired product.
