Abstract

Cilj ovog rada bio je usporediti svojstva dvaju različitih sustava sa epoksi-poliesterskom površinskom zaštitom i to na: a) uzorcima od čeličnog dekapiranog lima b) uzorcima izrađenih od čeličnog dekapiranog lima prethodno galvanski zaštićenih cinkom Također se željelo utvrditi u kojoj mjeri postojeća tehnologija površinske zaštite zadovoljava propisane zahtjeve kupca proizvoda kao i njihovu sukladnost sa propisanim normama. Uz navedeno takva ispitivanja će biti potpora za odluku o investiciji u nove tehnologije u tvornici koja je pripremila ispitivane uzorke, ali i za usporedbu kvalitete zaštite sa budućim tehnologijama površinske zaštite. Metodologija primjenjena u ovome radu bit će osnova za kasnija ispitivanja prevlakama zaštićenih sustava. U eksperimentalnom dijelu istražena su svojstva i ponašanje prevlake na čeličnim uzorcima slijedećim metodama: mjerenjem debljine prevlake, ispitivanjem u slanoj komori, ispitivanjem u vlažnoj komori, mjerenjem adhezije metodom zarezivanja mrežice i vlačnom metodom, mjerenjem otpornosti prevlake na udar, mjerenjem sjaja prevlake i elektrokemijskom impedancijskom spektroskopijom. Rezultati ispitivanja elektrokemijskom impedancijskom spektroskopijom pokazali su dobra svojstva zaštite prevlake dok se ispitivanjem prionjivosti prevlaka utvrdilo da zaštita na testnim uzorcima nije zadovoljavajuća te da ne osigurava normiranu izdržljivost.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this work was to evaluate properties of the two different surface corrosion protection on: a) pickled steel samples b) pickled steel samples that were previously galvanized It was also wanted to determine if the existing corrosion protection technology fulfills requirements that are defined by buyers and standards. Also, these experiments will be support for deciding about investment in new technologies in the factory that provided the tested samples. These experiments will also be used for quality comparison between existing and future surface protection technology. The methodology used in this work will be basis for future testings of protective coatings. In the experimental part, quality control of the properties and behavior of the coating were investigated by following methods: measuring the thickness of the coating, testing in salt chamber, testing in humidity chamber, measuring the adhesion of the coating using cross-cut and pull-off tests, measuring impact resistance, measuring gloss and electrochemical impendance spectroscopy. The results obtained by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, have shown good results. On the other hand, the results of adhesion testing have shown that corrosion protection on samples does not satisfy the standard requirements. In other words, the anticorrosion protection of the tested samples isn't appropriate.
