Abstract

U ovom završnom radu provedena je sinteza i karakterizacija asimetričnih derivata skvarainske kiseline kroz nekoliko koraka. Reakcijom aminacije 1-brom-3,5-dimetoksibenzena i diheksilamina dobiven je aminoderivat 1, koji je u sljedećem koraku reakcijom demetiliranja preveden u alkohol 2. Paralelno je provedena reakcija derivatizacije skvarainske kiseline, koja će konačnom reakcijom kondenzacije dati ciljani produkt 6. U prvom koraku su hidroksi skupine na jezgri skvarainske kiseline supstituirane alkoksidnim skupinama, kako bi se dobio produkt 3. Zatim se amino supstituent uvodi u jezgru te je dobiven produkt 4b. Dealkiliranjem produkta 4b nastaje produkt 5. Produkti 2 i 5 ulaze u konačni stupanj kondenzacije i daju asimetrični aminoskvarain 6.

Abstract (english)

In this work, the synthesis and characterization of asymmetric squaric acid derivatives was performed through several steps. The amination reaction of 1-bromo-3,5-dimethoxybenzene and dihexylamine gave aminoderivative 1, which in the next step was converted to alcohol 2 by demethylation reaction. In parallel, a squaric acid derivatization reaction was carried out, which would give the final product 6 in a final condensation reaction. In the first step, the hydroxy groups on the core of squaric acid are substituted with alkoxide groups to give product 3. The amino substituent is then introduced into the nucleus to give product 4b. Dealkylation of product 4b gives product 5. Products 2 and 5 enter the final stage of condensation to give an asymmetric aminosquaraine 6.
