Abstract

Literaturni ravnotežni eksperimentalni sastavi koji opisuju ravnotežu kapljevina–
kapljevina za trokomponentni sustav voda(1) – mravlja kiselina(2) – organski ester(3) opisani
su u ovom radu modelom koeficijenata aktivnosti NRTL. Esteri obuhvaćeni ovim radom su
etil-etanoat, butil-etanoat, pentil-etanoat i etil-butanoat. Određeno je koji su od ispitanih estera
najpogodniji za proces ekstrakcije mravlje kiselina iz razrijeđene vodene otopine.

Abstract (english)

In this work, literature data describing the liquid–liquid equilibrium in the ternary
system water(1) – formic acid(2) – organic ester(3) are described with NRTL activity
coefficients model. Ethyl ethanoate, butyl ethanoate, pentyl ethanoate and ethyl butanoate
esters are used. It is determined which of the these esters are the most suitable for the process
of extraction of formic acid from dilute aqueous solutions.
