Abstract

U ovom radu provedena je sinteza i karakterizacija reduciranog grafenovog oksida (rGO) u troelektrodnom sustavu te sinteza i karakterizacija rGO papira. Cilj rada je bio dobiti materijal koji je pogodan za depoziciju cinka što bi služilo kao anoda u hibridnom superkondenzatoru. U tu svrhu je priređen rGO/20%CB papir koji je sadržavao ugljikovo crnilo (CB). Isti materijal je upotrijebljen i kao anoda u cink ionskoj bateriji uz rGO/20%V2O5 papir kao katodu. Karakterizacija superkondenzatora i baterija provedena je metodama CV, CA i EIS. Zabilježeni su strujni vrhovi koji odgovaraju taloženju/otapanju cinka te strujni vrhovi koji odgovaraju redoks reakciji V2O5. Ispitana je električna provodnost rGO/20%CB papira koja je iznosila 6,59 Scm^-1. Specifične vrijednosti kapaciteta hibridnog superkondenzatora kreću se u rasponu od 34,18 do 41,81 F g^-1. Specifične vrijednosti kapaciteta baterije (Zn/(rGO/50%V2O5) kreću se od 41,79 do 75,62 mA h g^-1, dok se kod baterije (rGO-Zn/(rGO/50%V2O5)) kreću od 18,05 do 31,86 mA h g^-1. Osim što su ispitani superkondenzatori, u ovom radu je provedena i karakterizacija elektroda (rGO, rGO/10%CB, rGO/20%CB i rGO/20%V2O5) metodama cikličke voltametrije (CV) i elektrokemijske impedancijske spektroskopije (EIS) u troelektrodnom sustavu. Metodom kronoamperomertrije (CA) provedena je redukcija GO, a metodom CV depozicija cinka na rGO i rGO/CB slojevima.

Abstract (english)

In this work, the synthesis and characterization of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) in a three-electrode system and the synthesis and characterization of rGO paper were carried out. The goal of the work was to obtain a material that is suitable for zinc deposition, which would serve as an anode in a hybrid supercapacitor. For this purpose, rGO/20%CB paper containing carbon black (CB) was prepared. The same material was also used as an anode in a zinc ion battery with rGO/20%V2O5 paper as a cathode. Characterization of supercapacitors and batteries was carried out by CV, CA and EIS methods. Current peaks corresponding to zinc deposition/dissolution and current peaks corresponding to the redox reaction of V2O5 were recorded. The electrical conductivity of rGO/20%CB paper was was found to be 6.59 Scm^-1. The specific capacitance values of the hybrid supercapacitor range from 34.18 to 41.81 F g^-1. The specific capacity values of the battery (Zn/(rGO/50%V2O5) range from 41.79 to 75.62 mA h g^-1, while for the battery (rGO Zn/(rGO/50%V2O5)) they range from 18, 05 to 31.86 mA h g^-1. In addition to testing supercapacitors, this investigation also included characterization of electrodes (rGO, rGO/10%CB, rGO/20%CB and rGO/20%V2O5) by methods of cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) in three-electrode system. GO reduction was performed using the chronoamperometry (CA) method, and zinc deposition on rGO and rGO/CB layers was performed using the CV method.
