Abstract

Postrojenja za obradu otpadnih voda u najvećem broju koriste konvencionalnu biološku metodu obrade otpadnih voda aktivnim muljem. Međutim, sam aktivni mulj postaje izlazni produkt takve obrade otpadnih voda kojeg treba zbrinuti. Prije zbrinjavanja treba ga analizirati. U ovom slučaju pratit ćemo antiparazitike (albendazol, febantel i mebendazol) u aktivnom mulju kromatografskom metodom nakon ekstrakcije otapalima. Antiparazitici se sve više proizvode zbog sve većeg broja kućnih ljubimaca. Vrlo lako dospijevaju i u okoliš zbog neadekvatnog uklanjanja iz otpadnih voda. Stoga ih je nužno pratiti ne samo u okolišu (voda, sediment, tlo) već i u uzorcima kao što je aktivni mulj. U ovome radu, za pripremu uzoraka aktivnog mulja, koristila se metoda ekstrakcije raspršenjem matice uzorka kroz čvrstu fazu (MSPD). Određivanje antiparazitika provedeno je tekućinskom kromatografijom visoke djelotvornosti s detektorom s nizom dioda (HPLC-DAD). Najbolji rezultati postignuti su korištenjem Florisila s omjerom masa aktivnog mulja i sorbensa 1:1 i ekstrahiranjem s 5 mL smjese otapala aceton:voda=1:1.

Abstract (english)

Wastewater treatment plants mostly use the conventional biological method with activated sludge for wastewater treatment. However, activated sludge itself becomes the output of such wastewater treatment which has to be appropriated disposed of. Therefore, it should be analyzed before disposal. In this case, will be monitored antiparasitics (albendazole, febantel and mebendazole) in activated sludge by chromatographic method after solvent extraction. Antiparasitics are increasingly being produced due to the growing number of pets. They also get into the environment very easily due to inadequate removal from wastewater. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor them not only in the environment (water, sediment, soil) but also in samples such as activated sludge. In this study, the method of extraction by matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) was used for the preparation of activated sludge samples. Determination of antiparasitics was performed by high performance liquid chromatography with a diode array detector (HPLC-DAD). The best results were achieved using Florisil with ratio of activated sludge to Florisil 1:1 and extraction with 5 mL of solvent mixture of acetone:water=1:1.
