Abstract

U radu je opisan proces nuklearne fuzije koji se odvija u zvijezdama te uvjeti za odvijanje fuzije na Zemlji. Opisan je i objašnjen Lawsonov kriterij za gorenje plazme što je nužno za komercijalnu iskoristivost fuzije. Opisani su osnovni dijelovi fuzijskog reaktora. Analiziran je utjecaj hipotetske nesreće u fuzijskom reaktoru za najgori mogući scenarij te posljedice na okoliš te ljude. Analizirana je cijena izgradnje fuzijske elektrane te cijena dobivene električne energije.

Abstract (english)

The paper describes the process of nuclear fusions that take place in stars and the conditions for fusion on Earth. Lawson's criterion for plasma combustion, which is necessary for the commercial applicability of fusions, is described and explained. the basic parts of a fusion reactor are described. The impact of a hypothetical fusion reactor accident for the worst case scenario of the impact on the human environment is analyzed. The cost of building fusion power plants that receives electricity was analyzed.
