Abstract

Velik dio proizvodnje kemijskih proizvoda visoke dodane vrijednosti (finih i specijalnih kemikalija) temelji se na šaržnoj proizvodnji, koja je ekonomičnija od kontinuirane ukoliko su proizvodni kapaciteti mali, a kvaliteta proizvoda bitnija od energetske učinkovitosti. Pošto se u proizvodnji finih i specijalnih kemikalija ista postrojenja mogu koristiti za različite proizvode, a pojedine faze procesa ne odvijaju se istodobno, planiranje, odnosno raspoređivanje proizvodnje bitne su za minimizaciju troškova, odnosno maksimiziranje profita. S obzirom na povećanje cijena i potražnje za energijom i sirovinama, u posljednjih petnaest godina bilježi se sve veće zanimanje u proizvodnoj, a i akademskoj zajednici, za istraživanje sustavnih metoda planiranja i raspoređivanja proizvodnje u kemijskoj prerađivačkoj industriji. U ovom radu predstavljen je suvremeni pristup projektiranju šaržnih procesa u smislu planiranja proizvodnje i raspoređivanja procesnih jedinica kao što su heurističke metode pretraživanja te egzaktni i metaheuristički algoritmi i načini njihovog rada.

Abstract (english)

A big portion of the production of the added high-value chemical products (fine and special chemicals) is based on batch production, which is more economically favorable in comparison to the continuous one if production capacities are small, and the product quality is more important than the efficiency of energy. Since the production of fine and special chemicals can use the same plants for different products, and individual stages of the processes do not happen simultaneously, planning and scheduling of production are important to minimize the production costs and maximize profit. Given the increase in prices and demand of energy and raw materials, in the last fifteen years, there has been a growing interest in manufacturing, but also the academic community for research of systematic methods and production planning and scheduling in the chemical processing industry. This report presents a modern approach to the design of batch processes in terms of production planning and scheduling of process units such as heuristic methods, and the exact metaheuristic algorithms and their ways of work.
