Abstract

U ovome radu opisuju se teorijske osnove nuklearne tehnologije. Nuklearna tehnologija koristi energiju oslobođenu pri nuklearnim reakcijama za dobivanje električne struje. U središtu nuklearne reakcije je jezgra atoma. Za bolje razumijevanje nuklearne tehnologije, potrebno je opisati teoriju na kojoj se temelje nuklearni procesi. Najvažniji nuklearni procesi koji se promatraju kod primjene nuklearne tehnologije opisani su u okviru nuklearne fizike. Teorija koja opisuje nuklearne procese temelji se na postavkama kvantne mehanike i relativnosti, odnosno, relativističkim zakonima učuvanja energije. Najznačajniji nuklearni procesi u nuklearnoj tehnologiji su fisija i fuzija te radioaktivni raspad jezgre.

Abstract (english)

This work describes the fundamental theory of nuclear technology. Nuclear technology uses the energy released in nuclear reactions to generate electricity. At the centre of the nuclear reaction is the nucleus of the atom. To better understand nuclear technology, it is necessary to describe the theory on which nuclear processes are based. The most important nuclear processes observed in the application of nuclear technology are described in the framework of nuclear physics. The theory describing nuclear processes is based on the assumptions of quantum mechanics and relativity, that is, the relativistic laws of energy conservation. The most significant nuclear processes in nuclear technology are fission and fusion and radioactive nuclear fission.
