Abstract

U ovom radu prikazani su načini sustava sanacija zgrada oštećenih u potresu. Cilj sanacija ili pojačanja nosive zidane konstrukcije je uz što manje intervencija na konstrukciji osigurati potrebnu razinu otpornosti i sigurnosti. Kod sanacija i pojačanja zidanih građevina nužna je uska suradnja konstruktora, arhitekata, vlasnika građevine (investitora), a često i konzervatora. Kod izbora pojedine tehnike sanacije i pojačanja potrebno je uvijek pokušati zadržati osnovne karakteristike zgrade. Iako se nekom tehnikom pojačanja na prvi pogled postiže statičko poboljšanje građevine,potrebno je paziti da ono zadovolji zahtjeve u slučaju potresa. Izbor novog sustava pojačanja je najpovoljnije rješenje ako je sukladno postojećem sustavu građevine.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, are presented ways of remediation system earthquake-damaged buildings. The goal of remediation or reinforcement of a load-bearing masonry structure is to ensure the required level of resistance and security. Remediation and reinforcement of masonry buildings call for a close cooperation of constructors, architects, building owners or investors,and usually conservators as well. When choosing a particular remediation and reinforcement technique, it is always necessary to try to preserve to basic characteristics of a building. In spite of a reinforcement technique seemingly offering a static improvement of a building,frequently the technique can have an adverse effect on the structure during an earthquake. Choosing a new reinforcement system is generally the most favorable solution if it is in accordance with the existing system of the building.
