Abstract

Procesi prijenosa topline često se susreću u industrijskoj praksi. Neki proizvodi, primjerice u farmaceutskoj ili prehrambenoj industriji vrlo su osjetljivi na promjene temperature, stoga je potrebno posvetiti veliku pažnju njihovom projektiranju i izvedbi. U ovom radu ispitan je laboratorijski uređaj za analizu dinamičkog vladanja toplinskog procesa. Uređaj služi za demonstraciju razvoja dinamičkih modela procesa na temelju eksperimentalnih podataka, a namjena mu je poučavanje osnovnih metoda vođenja procesa i ugađanja regulatora. U radu je proveden niz eksperimenata kojima su utvrđene statičke i dinamičke karakteristike procesa i regulacijskog kruga. Na temelju provedenih eksperimenata proračunati su i optimirani parametri regulatora. Konačno je ispitano vladanje procesa u regulacijskom krugu i ocijenjen rad regulacijskih krugova.

Abstract (english)

Heat transfer processes are often encountered in the industrial process. Some products, for example, in the pharmaceutical and food industry are very sensitive to temperature changes. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to process design and performance. In this study, laboratory device for thermal process dynamic behaviour analysis is examined. The device is intended to demonstrate the development of dynamic process models based on experimental data, and its purpose is to teach the basic methods of process control and controller tuning. A number of experiments were performed to determine the static and dynamic characteristics of the process and the control loop behaviour. Based on the performed experiments, parameters of the controller were calculated and optimized. Finally, the dynamical process behaviour in process control loop was examined and the performance of the control loop was evaluated.
