Abstract
Otapala predstavljaju veliki problem u kemijskoj procesnoj industriji, zbog njihove cijene i utjecaja na okoliš. Zbog toga se javlja potreba za njihovom regeneracijom i ponovnom upotrebom. U okviru ovog rada prikazat će se primjena šaržne destilacije u svrhu regeneracije otapala. Također je napravljen proračun i izračun potrošnje energije za izdvajanje n-heptana i n-butilacetata iz smjese otpadnih otapala, u svrhu dobivanja što veće količine čistog proizvoda. Simulacija destilacije izvedena je u CHEMCAD-u.
Abstract (english)
Solvents are a major concern in the chemical process industry, due to their price and environmental impact. Therefore, solvent regeneration and re-use is of great significance. This work demonstrates use of batch distillation for solvent regeneration, shown on example of separation of n-heptane and n-butylacetate from mixture to obtain pure solvents, with satisfactory recovery. The simulation was performed in CHEMCAD.
