Abstract

U ovom radu provedeno je modeliranje i simulacija poluindustrijskog procesa izmjene topline u dvostupnjevitom izmjenjivaču. U teorijskom dijelu ukratko su opisani načini prijenosa topline i osnove vođenja procesa. Eksperimentalni dio obuhvaća pripremu i provedbu eksperimenata na sustavu za vođenje procesa. Zatim slijedi razvoj matematičkog modela i simuliranja vladanja procesa. Uspoređeni su se odzivi modela sustava s eksperimentalno dobivenim podacima. Izveden je zaključak o primjeni matematičkog modela u vođenju poluindustrijskih postrojenja.

Abstract (english)

This paper is about design and simulation of a semi-industrial heat exchanger. The theoretical introduction describes fundamentals of heat transfer and process control. The experimental part describes the experiment, process measurements and the use of a mathematical model to simulate the process dynamical behaviour. The simulation results were compared with the experimental results. A conclusion was made on the application of a mathematical model for semi-industrial plants control.
