Abstract

Inherentna sigurnost definirana je kao osnovna zaštita procesnog postrojenja kojom se trajno uklanja ili smanjuje opasnost radi izbjegavanja ili smanjenja posljedica incidenta. Provodi se primjenom osnovnih načela inherentno sigurnijeg dizajna kao što su minimizacija, supstitucija, provođenje pri blažim uvjetima te pojednostavljenje. Sama sigurnost bazirana je na tri najveće opasnosti u procesnim postrojenjima, a to su požari, eksplozije te ispuštanje otrovnih tvari. Ovim radom upoznati će se sa osnovama same inherentne sigurnosti, čimbenicima koji utječu na nju te na koji način se primjenjuje pri projektiranju procesa.

Abstract (english)

Inheret safety is defined as the elementary protection of the process plant that permanently removes or reduces the risk of avoiding or reducing the consequences of an incident. It is being implemented by application of the basic principles of inherently safer design such as minimizing, substitution, attenuation and simplification. Safety alone is based on three biggest risks in process plants such as fires, explosions and toxic release. This paper presents the fundamentals of inherent safety and factors affecting it, as well as the mode how it is applied in process designing.
