Abstract

U ovom radu obrađeni su načini integracije toplinski aktivnih jediničnih operacija. Prikazane su osnove sinteze i optimizacije mreže izmjenjivača topline. Metode sinteze mogu se podijeliti na sekvencijalne i simultane. Sekvencijalne metode zasnivaju se na zakonima termodinamike i nekim iskustvenim pravilima te u manjoj mjeri zahtijevaju korištenje računala. Simultane metode temelje se na primjeni računski intenzivnih optimizacijskih algoritama. Uz izmjenjivače topline u radu su obrađeni načini integracije toplinskih strojeva, dizalica topline, destilacijskih kolona i reaktora, te uz njih načini izvedbe kogeneracijskih postrojenja i kriteriji prema kojima se odabiru.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes the integration of thermally active unit operations. Basics of heat exchanger network synthesis and optimization are presented. Synthesis methods can be divided into sequential and simultaneous. Sequential methods are based on the laws of thermodynamics and some empirical rules and require the use of computers to a lesser extent. Simultaneous methods are based on computationally intensive optimization algorithms. Beside considering heat exchangers and use of external utilities only, this paper deals with integration of thermally active unit operation, i.e. those requiring heat for operation or producing it during operation, such as heat engines, heat pumps, distillation columns and reactors. Methods of cogeneration plants integration and criteria for their selection are also presented.
