Abstract

Perovskitne solarne ćelije nameću se kao jedno od glavnih rješenja u području iskorištavanja solarne energije. U proteklom je desetljeću njihova efikasnost konverzije energije dostigla vrijednosti od preko 20 %, uz veliki potencijal za daljnju optimizaciju. Numeričke simulacije jedna su od ključnih tehnika za razumijevanje operativnih mehanizama solarnih ćelija te predviđanje njihove maksimalne efikasnosti. U ovom radu prikazan je model perovskitne solarne ćelije sastavljene od slojeva indijeva kositrova oksida, TiO2, formamidinijeva olovnog oksida, SpiroMeOTAD i zlata koristeći SCAPS-1D program. Model je bio korišten u svrhu određivanja utjecaja parametara solarne ćelije na njezina svojstva koja uključuju efikasnost (PCE), faktor popunjavanja (FF), struju kratkog spoja (Jsc) te napon otvorenog kruga (Voc). Rezultati dobiveni simulacijama pokazali su da svojstvima solarne ćelije većinskim dijelom pridonose debljina sloja perovskita, koncentracija akceptora (NA), koncentracija defekata (Nt) te u manjoj mjeri koncentracija donora (ND).

Abstract (english)

Perovskite solar cells stand out as a leading solution in the solar energy device area. In the last decade the energy conversion efficiency has reached values of over 20 % with great potential for future optimization. Numerical simulations are a crucial technique for understanding the operational mechanisms for solar cells and for predicting the maximum efficiency. In this paper, a model of a perovskite solar cell composed of layers of indium titanium oxide, TiO2, formamidinium lead iodide, SpiroMeOTAD and gold was shown by using the SCAPS-1D software. The influence of solar cell parameters on its properties, such as efficiency (PCE), fill factor (FF), short circuit current (Jsc) and open circuit voltage (Voc) was investigated. The simulation results have shown that the perovskite layer thickness, acceptor concentration (NA), defect concentration (Nt) and in a smaller way donor concentration (ND) are the parameters that mainly influence the solar cell properties.
