Abstract

U ovom radu halogenhidrin-dehalogenaza (HheC) inkubirana je u prisustvu supstrata p-fluorstiren oksida i p-trifluormetilstiren oksida različitih koncentracija; 2, 5, 10 i 20 mM. Cilj rada bio je ispitati njihov utjecaj na smanjenje aktivnosti enzima HheC. Aktivnost enzima HheC mjerena je spektrofotometrijskim testom tijekom prvih 24 sata. Iz dobivenih podataka računala se specifična aktivnost enzima i na temelju tih podataka radila se usporedba mjerenja između različitih koncentracija supstrata.

Abstract (english)

In this work, halohydrin dehalogenase (HheC) was incubated in the presence of p-fluoro-styrene oxide and p-trifluoromethyl-styrene oxide substrates of different concentrations; 2, 5, 10 and 20 mM. The aim of this study was to examine their impact on the reduction of HheC enzyme activity. The spectrophotometric assay was used to measure HheC enzyme activity during the first 24 hours. From the obtained data, the specific activity of enzyme was calculated and based on that, the measurements between different substrate concentrations were compared.
