Abstract

Cilj ovoga rada bio je proizvesti milireaktorske sustave sa statičkim miješalicama te u njima provesti sintezu biodizela. U radu je ispitano mogu li se tehnologijom stereolitografije proizvesti milireaktorski sustavi sa statičkim miješalicama te kako će promjena vremena zadržavanja utjecati na konverziju. Tehnologijom stereolitografije ispisana su tri milireaktora: cijevni milireaktor, milireaktor sa statičkim miješalicama oblika gljive te milireaktor sa statičkim miješalicama oblika modificirane gljive. Sinteza biodizela provedena je u dizajniranim i ispisanim milireaktorima uz pomoć dvije klipne pumpe koje su osiguravale protok reaktanata. Ispitivao se utjecaj statičkih miješalica na miješanje, a samim time na uspješnost procesa. Uspješnost procesa opisana je konverzijom ulja u biodizel. Konverzija je mjerena plinskom kromatografijom i metodom infracrvene spektroskopije s Fourierovim transformacijama. Provedena je i toplinska analiza diferencijalnom pretražnom kalorimetrijom. Dobiveni rezultati ukazuju da je najbolja konverzija ulja postignuta u milireaktoru sa statičkim miješalicama u obliku gljive s vremenom zadržavanja od četiri minute i iznosi 65,0 %.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this study was to produce millireactor systems with static mixers and to carry out the synthesis of biodiesel in them. The paper examines whether stereolithography can produce milireactor systems with static mixers and how will the change of retention times influence the conversion. Three millireactors were printed using stereolithography: tubular milireactor, a milireactor with static mixers in the shape of a mushroom and a milireactor with static mixers in the shape of a modified mushroom. The synthesis of biodiesel was carried out in designed and printed milireactors with the use of two piston pumps that ensured the flow of reactants. The influence of static mixers on mixing and at the same time on the success of the process was investigated. The success of the process is described by the conversion of oil to biodiesel. The conversion was mesured by gas chromatography and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. Thermal analysis was performed by differential scanning calorimetry. The obtained results indicate that the best oil conversion was achieved in a milireactor with static mixers in the form of a mushroom with a retention time of four minutes and it is 65,0 %.
