Abstract

U radu su opisane metode razgradnje pendimetalina u okolišu. Najvažniji način razgradnje pendimetalina u okolišu je mikrobiološka razgradnja. Opisane su razgradnje pendimetalina s bakterijama: Bacillus subtilis Y3, Bacillus megaterium, Pseudomonas putida, Azotobacter chroococcum, Bacillus lehensis XJU i Bacillus circulans. Bacillus subtilis Y3 sadrži enzim pendimetalin nitroreduktazu. Pendimetalin nitroreduktaza je enzim koji sudjeluje u nitroredukciji pendimetalina, uz pomoć elektron donora NAD(P)H. Produkt nitroredukcije pendimetalina je 6-aminopendimetalin. Bacillus circulans sadrži pendimetalin nitroreduktazu i pendimetalin-N-dealkilazu. Djelovanjem pendimetalin-N-dealkilaze na pendimetalin, dolazi do N-dealkilacije, te nastaju 3,4-dimetil-2,6-dinitroanilin i pentan.

Abstract (english)

This work describes methods for the degradation of pendimethalin in the environment. The most important way of degrading pendimethalin in the environment is microbiological degradation. Degradations of pendimethalin by bacteria: Bacillus subtilis Y3, Bacillus megaterium, Pseudomonas putida, Azotobacter chroococcum, Bacillus lehensis XJU and Bacillus circulans have been described. Bacillus subtilis Y3 contains the enzyme pendimethalin nitroreductase. Pendimethalin nitroreductase is an enzyme that participates in the nitroreduction of pendimethalin, with the help of electron donor NAD(P)H. The nitroreduction product of pendimethalin is 6-aminopendimethalin. Bacillus circulans contains pendimethalin nitroreductase and pendimethalin-N-dealkylase. By the action of pendimethalin-N-dealkylase on pendimethalin, it occurs N-dealkylation,
and 3,4-dimethyl-2,6-dinitroaniline and pentane are formed.
