Abstract

U ovom je radu ispitan novi dodatak portland cementu za pripravu mlaznog betona. Metodama rendgenske difrakcije, termičke analize i apsorpcije infracrvenog zračenja istražena je rana hidratacija pripravljenih materijala. Objašnjen je utjecaj količine dodanog aditiva na kvalitativni fazni sastav produkata hidratacije. Tijekom priprave uzoraka uočen je izuzetan utjecaj dodanog aditiva (svega 1 - 4 % mase cementa) na reologiju pripravljenih materijala, te je ovaj bezkloridni, nealkalni dodatak portland cementu pogodan za ciljanu primjenu.

Abstract (english)

In this work, new additive for shotcrete had been investigated. Early age hydration products of Portland cement materials prepared thereof had been characterized by X-ray diffraction, simultaneous thermogravimetric and differential scanning calorimetry and infrared spectroscopy. The influence of the quantity of additive on qualitative composition of hydration products had been explained. Strong influence on the early age rheology of prepared materials had been observed even at 1 - 4 % by mass of cement addition. This additive (nonalcaline, chloride free) is a good candidate for practical concrete gunning application.
