Abstract

U ovom je radu istraženo djelovanje komercijalnog plastifikatora i superplastifikatora na standardnu konzistenciju i razvoj čvrstoće paste portland cementa. Ustanovljeno je da plastifikator djeluje kao usporivač, te tlačna čvrstoća tek nakon 28 dana postaje usporediva sa čvrstoćom referentnih pasti, dok veći dodatak superplastifikatora dovodi do većih tlačnih čvrstoća. Rendgenskom difrakcijskom analizom ustanovljen je fazni sastav portland cementa i produkata hidratacije, a termogravimetrijskom analizom određen je maseni udio portlandita (Ca(OH)2) i kalcita (CaCO3). Za svaku namjenu potrebno je prethodno utvrditi kompatibilnost cementa i aditiva.

Abstract (english)

Influence of commercial plasticizer and superplasticizer on standard consistency and compressive strength of portland cement pastes had been investigated. Plasticitzer acts as hydration retarder and compressive strengths of 28 days old specimens are comparable to the compressive strength of reference pastes. Larger addition of superplasticizer gives greater compressive strengths. Phase composition of Portland cement and its hydration products had been determined by powder X-ray diffraction. Mass fraction of portlandite (Ca(OH)2) and calcite (CaCO3) in hydrated paste had been detertmined by thermogravimetric analysis. It is necessary to establish particular additive-cement compatibility prior to any work.
