Abstract

Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je priprema elektrokemijskog senzora na fleksibilnoj podlozi pogodnog za mjerenje koncentracije kloridnih iona. Senzorska površina otisnuta je vodljivom srebrnom nanotintom tehnikom ink-jet printanja. Pripravljene su razne modifikacije tako otisnutih elektroda. Modifikacije senzorske površine elektrode provedene su kemijskim i elektrokemijskim postupcima. Kemijskim postupcima omogućeno je formiranje sloja srebrova klorida (AgCl) oksidacijom srebra s površine elektrode otopinama željezova(III) klorida (FeCl3) i natrijeva hipoklorita (NaClO). Kako bi se produljio vijek trajanja senzora otisnute srebrne elektrode oslojene su dodatnim slojem nanosrebra. Pripravljene su i elektrode oslojene epoksidnim slojem koji je poslužio kao nosioc srebrova klorida. Potenciostatska priprema elektroda nije pokazala zadovoljavajuće rezultate kao i elektrokemijska priprema primjenom cikličke voltametrije. Testiranje pripravljenih elektroda provedeno je u protočnoj i neprotočnoj mjernoj ćeliji. Protočna mjerenja izvedena su metodom kontinuiranog protoka i metodom injektiranja u protok. Određeno je i vrijeme odziva senzora.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this graduate thesis is to design the electrode on a flexible substrate that has to be stable for a certain time and sensitive to chlorides. The electrodes are printed with conductive silver nanoink using inkjet printer. Modifications of these printed electrodes have been made chemically and electrochemically. Electrodes were modified in FeCl3 and NaClO solution in aim to prepare AgCl sensitive layer. This layer allowed duration and proper sensitivity of the modified electrode. The electrodes are also modified by AgCl dispersed into the epoxy layer. The electrode prepared electrochemically by constant potential method did not show satisfactory results as well as electrochemicaly made using cyclic voltammetry. Testing of prepared electrodes was carried out in a flow cell and in the batch mode. Flow measurements were performed as continuous and as flow injection analysis. The response time of the sensor was also determined.
