Abstract

U ovom radu provedeno je testiranje serijskog spoja dva komercijalna superkondenzatora (Maxwell BCAP0650) nominalnog kapaciteta 650 F te nominalnog napona 2,7 V. Testiranje se je provodilo opetovanim punjenjem i pražnjenjem serijskog spoja kondenzatora konstantnom strujom od 9 A u području napona od 1,35 – 2,70 V na pojedinom kondenzatoru i to za slučaj kad nema upravljanja serijskog spoja i za slučaj s upravljanjem serijskim spojem kondenzatora. Ovim rješenjem automatski se prilikom punjenja superkondenzatora uključuje struja pražnjenja iznosa 250 mA kad napon na pojedinačnom superkondenzatoru dostigne vrijednost od 2,5 V. Rezultati su pokazali da upravljački sklop djeluje na smanjenje odstupanja napona između dva kondenzatora.

Abstract (english)

In this work the testing of two supercapacitors (Maxwell BCAP700) with capacitance of 700 F and nominal voltage of 2,7 V was carried out. The 9 A constant current charging/discharging through a 100 cycles was used in the voltage range of 1,35 – 2,7 V per supercapacitor. Maximum voltage on each supercapacitor was monitored in the case with operating supercapacitor management and without it. The management solution involves automatic drawing of 250 mA discharge current as soon as the voltage of 2,5 V was achieved at single supercapacitor. The obtained results showed that the supercapacitor management actively balances the voltages on each supercapacitors keeping them close enough to ensure reliability of operation in practical settings.
