Abstract

U cilju nastavka proučavanja utjecaja heterocikličke jezgre na fotokemijsko ponašanje diheterostilbenskih sustava sintetiziran je novi diheterostilbenski derivat s piridinskom jezgrom. Wittigovom reakcijom sintetiziran je novi derivat kao smjesa cis,cis-, cis,trans- i trans,trans-izomera. Izolirani trans,trans-izomer, odnosno 1,2-bis(2-(piridin-3-il)vinil)benzen (1) u potpunosti je okarakteriziran modernim spektroskopskim metodama (jednodimenzionalni i dvodimenzionalni NMR, UV, IR). Fotokemijskim osvjetljavanjem spoja 1 dobiven je ciklizacijom fotoprodukt 12a,12b,14a,14b-tetrahidropirido[4',3':5,6]nafto[1,2-h]kinolin (2), čija struktura je određena na temelju 1H NMR spektra.

Abstract (english)

In order to continue the study of the effect that the heterocyclic nucleus has on the photochemical behavior of diheterostilbene systems, a new diheterostilbene derivative with pyridine nucleus was synthesized. Wittig reaction was used to synthesize the new derivative as a mixture of cis,cis-, cis,trans- and trans,trans-isomers. Isolated trans,trans-isomer of 1,2-bis(2-(pyridin-3-yl)vinyl)benzene (1) is completely characterized by modern spectroscopic methods (one-dimensional and two-dimensional NMR, UV, IR). By photochemical illumination of compound 1 of the cyclization photoproduct dihydro-intermediate 12a,12b,14a,14b-tetrahydropyrido[4',3':5,6]naphtho[1,2-h]quinoline (2) was obtained as determined by the 1H NMR spectrum.
