Utjecaj uvjeta očvršćivanja na svojstva visokotemperaturne poliakrilatne smole za stereolitografiju

Abstract

Aditivna proizvodnja, odnosno 3D-ispis je skup proizvodnih tehnologija koje se temelje na proizvodnji modela dodavanjem materijala sloj po sloj. Model se dizajnira u CAD programu te se izravno izrađuje iz virtualnog oblika u fizički oblik 3D-ispisom. Ovakav način proizvodnje omogućava izradu modela kompleksnih geometrija u kratkom vremenskom periodu. Cilj ovog rada je istraživanje utjecaja uvjeta očvršćivanja na svojstva visokotemperaturne poliakrilatne smole korištene za stereolitografiju. U radu su ispitana toplinska, kemijska i mehanička svojstva ispitnih tijela s obzirom na kut ispisa u odnosu na podlogu od 0°, 45° i 90° i s obzirom na uvjete očvršćivanja smole. Rezultati dobiveni ispitivanjem toplinskih svojstava pokazali su da se entalpija umrežavanja i temperatura pri maksimalnom toplinskom toku smanjuju povećanjem vremena naknadnog očvršćivanja. Udio očvrsnute smole povećava se s povećanjem vremena naknadnog očvršćivanja. Rezultati dobiveni ispitivanjem mehaničkih svojstava na kidalici pokazali su da ispitivani uzorci postaju čvršći i krtiji s porastom vremena naknadnog očvršćivanja. Rezultati su također pokazali utjecaj različitog načina izvođenja naknadnog očvršćivanja na svojstva visokotemperaturne poliakrilatne smole. Primjenom SunTest komore kao načina naknadnog očvršćivanja dolazi do potpunijeg očvršćivanja smole, no time ispisane epruvete postaju krtije. Povećanjem vremena naknadnog očvršćivanja dolazi do smanjenja bubrenja uzoraka ispitivanih epruveta.

Abstract (english)

Additive manufacturing or 3D-printing is a set of production technologies based on the production of models by adding materials layer by layer. The model is design in CAD program. It is manufactured directly from virtual form to physical form by 3D-printing. This method of production allows the creation of models of complex geometries in a short period of time. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of curing conditions on the properties of high temperature polyacrylate resin for stereolithography. Thermal, chemical and mechanical properties were tested with regard to the angle of printing the test samples in relation to the print surface of 0°, 45° and 90°, and with regard to curing conditions of the resin. The results obtained by testing the thermal properties showed that enthalpy of crosslinking and temperature at maximum heat flow are decreasing with increasing the time of post-curing. Amount of crosslinked resin increases with increasing of post-curing time. The results obtained by testing the mechanical properties by tensile tests showed that the tested samples become stronger and more brittle with the increase of post-curing time. The results also showed that post-curing influences the properties of high-temperature polyacrylate resin. Using the SunTest chamber as a method of post-curing leads to more complete curing of the resin, but the printed samples become brittle. Increasing the time of post-curing leads to a decrease in swelling of the samples.
