Abstract

U ovom radu istražena je mogućnost primjene niskotemperaturnog eutektičkog otapala u procesu izdvajanja tiofena, piridina i toluena ekstakcijom iz modelne otopine FCC benzina. U tu svrhu upotrijebljeno je eutektičko otapalo tetrabutilamonijev bromid - mravlja kiselina. Istraženi su optimalni uvjeti provedbe ekstrakcije koji su uključivali izbor pogodnog niskotemperaturnog eutektičkog otapala, utjecaj solvent odnosa i ekstrakciju s regeneriranim niskotemperaturnim eutektičkim otapalom. Provedena je karakterizacija niskotemperaturnog eutektičkog otapala koja je uključivala određivanje gustoće, viskoznosti, površinske napetosti, pH, polarnosti, indeksa loma, električne i toplinske vodljivosti. Veći solvent odnos komponenti niskotemperaturnog eutektičkog otapala pridonio je boljoj ekstrakciji tiofena, priridina i toluena. Regeneriranim niskotemperaturnim eutektičkim otapalom efikasnost ekstrakcije ostala je približno jednaka.

Abstract (english)

This paper explores the application of deep eutectic solvents in tiophene, pyridine and tholuene extraction process from the model solution witch represents FCC gasoline. Deep eutectic solvent used in this paper is tetrabutylammonium bromide – formic acid. Optimal conditions were examined and they included usage of suitable deep eutectic solvent, influence of solvent ratio and extraction with regenerated deep eutectic solvent. Selected deep eutectic solvent is characterized by determing it's density, viscosity, surface tension, pH, polarity, refractive indeks, electrical and thermal conductivity. Higher solvent ratio of components of deep eutectic solvent contibuted in better extraction of tiophene, pyiridine and tholuen. Efficiency of extraction with regenerated deep eutectic solvent stayed roughly the same.
